These terms govern access to syslinker.digital and participation in Technical Analysis Training for Fibonacci and Retracement Strategies offered by SysLinker at 2272-4, Gwanghwamunucheguksaseoham, Jongro-gu, Seoul, Korea.

Educational nature

SysLinker provides training and chart-review education only. We do not provide investment advice, brokerage services, managed accounts, signals, or guarantees of trading results. Markets involve risk of loss. Past examples used in class are instructional, not recommendations.

Seats and confirmation

Submitting a contact form or inquiry does not create a booking. A seat is confirmed only when we reply in writing with dates, format, and fee. Reference prices on this site are informational; there is no online checkout.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact details, arrive prepared for scheduled sessions, and use course materials for personal learning only. Sharing recorded sessions or workbooks without permission is not allowed.

Intellectual property

Site content, curricula, workbooks, and feedback documents remain SysLinker property. You receive a limited personal license to use materials issued for your seat.

Website use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt services, or submit abusive content through forms. We may refuse or terminate access that violates these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Korean law, SysLinker is not liable for trading losses, indirect damages, or decisions you make using concepts discussed in training. Our liability related to a paid seat is limited to fees you paid us for that seat.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the courts of Seoul unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
